Selling quality heifers, steers, embryos, semen, bred heifers and cows

Welcome to Hill and Hollow Farms

We are a family owned and operated operation dedicated to breeding quality Hereford genetics. Our family has been breeding Hereford cattle for four generations.

With the purchase of elite cattle from some of the breed’s premier breeders, and the extensive use of artificial insemination and embryo transfer, our program has evolved into one that consistently produces cattle that are competitive in the show ring and productive in the pasture. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our web site and would encourage you contact us. Better yet, stop in for a visit the next time you are in western Ohio.

Thanks again for your interest and best wishes,

This year’s winner, Sara Beanblossom, Bradford, Ohio, traveled to the 2014 JNHE in Harrisburg, Pa., with a goal of making the top 10 finals in showmanship and the dream of winning the title of champion senior showman.

Sara has worked hard over the years and possessed a strong desire to achieve her goal of winning the JNHE showmanship contest. In previous years, she has made the semi-finals but never the cut for the top 10. This shortcoming motivated her to push herself even further toward accomplishing her dream of obtaining the title of champion senior showman. Click to continue reading...
